FIRE Camp 2006: Our theme was On the Prairie Trail with Speakers Skeet Savage and her son Israel Wayne of Wisdom's Gate (publisher's of The Homeschool Digest). Our main event was building covered wagons.

FIRE Camp 2007: Our theme was The truth of Creation with Mike Riddle of Answers in Genesis as our speaker. We dug out "dinosaurs" during our first year at FaHoLo campground.

FIRE Camp 2008: Our theme is Discovering our Biblical Heritage with James Whitman, a homeschool Dad and the director of The Center for Judaic-Christian Studies as our speaker. There are daily activities/crafts/events including campground amenities to participate in. Most, but not all activities are including in the Family Camp fee, just as in previous years. Twice each day we meet for seminar sessions. The afternoon session is geared for the children while the evening sessions are geared towards adults. During the evening session, Joyful Kids Ministry provides God- focused events for the children. Joyful Kids have been a part of FIRE Camp since the very beginning and have always been a blessing. The number of events we are able to provide is completely dependant on the number of families that participate in camp each year.
